All sale items are final sale. This includes any items generating a special discount. Items that are not final sale or are not a special discount item, may be returned as an exchange for the same item in a different size or possible of different color (if available). All items that are being returned or exchanged must not be worn, show no signs of defects or distress, stain free, pet hair and dander free. If items do not follow this policy, we will NOT accept the return or exchange.
Because of how quickly product may be purchased, it is important to notify us within 3 days of receiving your product. Please make sure you notify us through an important/ urgent e-mail with the product number and name in the subject line. Do not forget to send your contact information if we have any other questions regarding your return or exchange. If you prefer direct contact, please feel free to contact via text as well. Same generated details are necessary: product number, return or exchange, contact information, and explanation if anything was wrong with the product when received.

All items are thoroughly inspected for damages, rips, tears, stains, and other defects before being sent out to customers. We believe it is important that our products represent your satisfaction, and not having a headache when you receive a damaged product is necessary! If there is a small case where a defect was missed, and a return is needed, customers will receive store credit via an electronic gift card if the item for return is not available.
Please note that all items must be received within our location by 15 days from the date your order was received from purchase. Please note processing time for exchanges or returns will be 5-7 business days. Note that all shipping charges are non-refundable, as we do not charge shipping for our available items. You are responsible for the shipping charges that are needed in order to return your items. Also, all returns should be shipped back with the original product order form information. Try to return the product with the same packaging or box (for shoes).
